UFO, Humanity & time travel are the signage of positive index

Concerning about Unidentified flying objects (UFO’S) are only relate to the calculation of their positive ability index. As Positive means development and negative means demolishment, and time is the biggest terms move along with population and its exploration with respect to various field of doing. Productivity is the goal to achieve to move along with time or beyond time. It’s called moving in time frame or doing a rate of time travel. With Respect to earth as model humanity is a very big term of time as it's being with pure value of development with coordination.

As Human has a brain of vision and program with feel and curiosity which are the nucleus of human so we can say so as human we are on earth for managing the earth resources along with its proper utilization and distributions among each as with nature.

So legality is the biggest term of humanity. As it’s manage human in right direction and reduce the rate of resistance among the various field of exploration and their proper integration.

As its being with a rate of positive ability index which is defined the rate of development and human movements on earth as well all across the planetary system.

As it’s a simple formulation of humanity on earth which moves with positive frame of time with the enhancement of its population which is bounded by legal frame work for the positive directions of mass of the people on earth which provides earth explorations and its massive integration provide a rate of productivity which is the sign to do time travel or move beyond time. So acceptance of legal data, terms provides nonstop improvements in the exploration of earth which is a nonstop process runs in infinite terms.

Positive Ability Index of humans mean variable less doings of humans or any species all across the planetary system and as time progresses we use to find the springs of liberty to move far ahead on earth as well in outer space as like UFO’S (advance species with a level of advancement to move on earth or all across the planetary system)

So thinking about UFO’S (Aliens) are as demon is just a myth of imagination if they are not being with positive ability index then their movement in time and advancement is not possible.

So world must need to save itself from any kinds of war, negativity as humanity got current time after the thousands of years of hardship of generations and era of incarnations and once any strong negativity comes then humanity will run in backward of time frame.

So positivism provides explorations with term of infinity and its integration produce a real process of time travel which applicable on universe’s including earth as whole. Positivism is subject to divine and negativity is subject to demon both has time travel on upwards and second downwards. Image Pixabay LicenseFree for commercial use, No attribution required

Inoculated individual may carry coronavirus, scientist says

An individual who was inoculated against the novel coronavirus infection may remain its carrier and therefore should observe preventive measures, acting director of the Smorodintsev Research Institute of Influenza of the Russian Healthcare Ministry Dmitry Lioznov said at a press conference on Thursday.

“An inoculated individual, he is protected, he does not develop the disease but the agent can get on the mucous lining, remain there for some time and emit to the external environment. A healthy individual can also be [a carrier] without developing the disease but he can be that temporary carrier.

This is precisely why we say that a vaccinated individual should observe certain anti-epidemic measures in order not to infect the others,” the scientist said.According to deputy director for research of the Smorodintsev Research Institute of Influenza Darya Danilenko, an individual is considered to be vaccinated if he received the full dose of a vaccine, that is, was inoculated twice when it’s necessary. “After the second administration, at least three weeks should elapse after which we consider that enough time has elapsed for a person to be considered vaccinated, that is, his immune system responded to the administration of a vaccine,” she explained. Until then, according to her, the probability that this individual may be a carrier is higher. Source: https://www.daily-bangladesh.com

What we know about new variants of coronavirus

Three new variants of COVID-19 have been detected in recent weeks, discoveries which have led to fresh fears across the world because some make the virus up to 70 percent more transmissible.

Viruses are known to change and mutate constantly. It is a process which happens as they are passed from person to person over a period of months.

So to scientists, it came as no surprise to witness new variants of the disease.

While it is difficult to predict where new mutations of the disease will occur, none so far have been found to contain mutations that make the virus deadlier, or more likely to be able to evade vaccines or treatments.

One of the first strains reported is known as the UK variant, which has been named VUI-202012/01 (the first Variant Under Investigation in December 2020). This mutation is thought to have first occurred in mid-September in the United Kingdom’s southeast, in the capital London or the county of Kent.

Referred to by some experts as the B.1.1.7 lineage, this has rapidly become the dominant strain in cases of COVID-19 in many parts of the UK.

It appears to be no more fatal, but is more contagious than the original strain, which has led to the swift return of international travel restrictions and other measures amid the holiday season.

It can lead to the same broad symptoms as the original strain, including high temperature, persistent dry cough and a loss or change in taste and smell.

The UK variant has spread rapidly across Europe, with Italy, Denmark, and the Netherlands reporting new infections. Australia and Singapore have also detected cases of the fast-spreading UK variant. Countries including the United States have already requested negative COVID-19 tests from UK travellers.

Meanwhile, South Africa has also reported a new COVID-19 strain which appears to have mutated further than the UK variant. It has made its way to several countries including the UK.

Known as 501.V2, this variant is dominant among new confirmed infections in South Africa, and appears to be more infectious than the original virus, according to health officials and scientists leading the country’s virus strategy.

Though it is too early to confirm, this new strain could be responsible for driving the country’s current resurgence of the disease. Authorities in South Africa have introduced tougher restrictions as the number of total confirmed cases approaches one million.

While the variant transmits quickly and viral loads are higher, it is not yet clear whether it leads to more severe disease.

Lastly, the latest discovery is a new variant that emerged in Nigeria. It is of a separate lineage from the other mutations.

This P681H variant does not seem to be spreading as fast as the other two new variants. Scientists say there is not yet enough evidence to prove that an uptick in cases relates to an increased transmission of this new strain.

New mutations could affect testing to some extent, making it harder to detect the virus. - Al JazeeraDailyBangladesh/AN/AS, Source: https://www.daily-bangladesh.com/

Japan begins space capsule analysis hoping for asteroid sample

Scientists in Japan on Tuesday began analysing a capsule sent back to Earth by a probe, hoping to find asteroid material that could offer clues on how the universe was formed.

Officials from Japan’s space agency said they were jubilant about the successful return of the capsule, which landed in Australia on Sunday after separating from the Hayabusa-2 probe.

“I’m genuinely appreciative of the fact that the capsule came back, after a 5.24 billion-kilometre round-trip,” project manager Yuichi Tsuda told reporters.

Scientists hope it will yield up to 0.1 grams of material collected from the asteroid Ryugu some 300 million kilometres from Earth — though they won’t know for sure until they look inside.

“I’m really looking forward to seeing (the samples) with my own eyes,” Tsuda said.

But that isn’t expected to happen before at least next week, with a series of steps required first to ensure the material is not contaminated.

For now, the capsule is “in a secure location” at a space centre in Sagamihara, south of Tokyo, agency director general Hitoshi Kuninaka said.

“Now we move to the matter-analysis phase,” he said. The samples — collected last year — are hoped to include both surface dust and pristine material stirred up when Hayabusa-2 fired an “impactor” into Ryugu.

Scientists hope they can shed light on how the formation of the universe unfolded, as well as on the origins of life on Earth.

The space agency has begun carefully processing the capsule, beginning by collecting gas inside. It will be opened later under strict conditions, including a nitrogen-filled box for the capsule.

“The key is that samples will not be polluted by Earth’s environment… so they can be provided to researchers around the world,” said Tomohiro Usui, leader of the extraterrestrial matter-analysis group.

“If we see something black inside the capsule, which is itself made of aluminium and whiteish, it’s near-certain it is from Ryugu,” he added. “But that is just supporting evidence, and we’ll not be able to say something for sure until we do chemical analysis.”

The nature of the gas extracted from the capsule also needs to be clarified, though officials said they believe it too was collected from the asteroid.

Half of Hayabusa-2’s samples will be shared between the Japanese space agency and other international organisations, while the rest will be kept for future study as advances are made in technology. The probe’s mission has been extended for more than a decade, with two new asteroids now being targeted for observation. Source: https://www.daily-bangladesh.com

Scientists decode how coronavirus interacts with proteins in human cells

DEC 26, 2020 BOSTON: Scientists have charted the first atlas showing how the genetic material of the novel coronavirus interacts with the proteins in human cells, an advance which may provide a starting point for the development of new treatments against COVID-19. According to the researchers, including those from Broad Institute in the US, one of the most urgent tasks is to understand all the molecular interactions between the virus and the cells it infects. They explained that a detailed understanding of these interactions will help identify the processes in host cells which favour the multiplication of the virus, and the ones which activate the host immune system. While the SARS-CoV-2 virus uses host proteins to replicate, the scientists said until now, there has been no detailed understanding of all the proteins occurring in human cells which interact with the viral genetic material -- its RNA. In the current research, published in the journal Nature Microbiology, the scientists created the first global atlas of direct interactions between the SARS-CoV-2 RNA and the proteins present in human cells. Based on the findings, the researchers also identified important regulators of viral replication. The scientists infected human cells with the novel coronavirus, purified the viral RNA and identified the proteins bound to it. "In this particular case, we were able to perform quantitative measurements to identify the strongest specific binding partners," said study co-author Mathias Munschauer from the Helmholtz Institute for RNA-based Infection Research (HIRI) in Germany. The scientists said the atlas of RNA-protein interactions offers unique insights into SARS-CoV-2 infections, enabling the systematic breakdown of factors influencing the replication of the virus, and host defense strategies -- a crucial prerequisite for the development of new therapeutics. From the results, the scientists identified 18 host proteins that play an important role during SARS-CoV-2 infection, and found 20 small molecules that may inhibit these proteins. They believe the two proteins CNBP and LARP1 are particularly interesting. The researchers also identified target sites in these proteins that could be used to inhibit the replication of the virus. According to Munschauer, the characterization of LARP1 as an antiviral factor is a major finding. "The way LARP1 binds to viral RNA is very interesting, because it is similar to the way LARP1 regulates certain cellular messenger RNAs that we already know. This in turn provides insights into possible mechanisms of action," he added. According to the scientists, three out of four small molecules they tested inhibited viral replication in different human cell types -- findings that may open up new ways to treat COVID-19.
