Reserachers at Harvard University and California University of Technology have created a robotic jellyfish. The robot was made by attaching animal protein molecules and cardiac muscle cells taken from laboratory rats to the surface of a silicone jellyfish.The trial model of the so-called Medusoid is set into motion by electrical power and mimics the movements of its natural prototype.
